Title Report: Salutogenesis and Resilience in the continuum Care-Cure.
Abstract. The Person-Centered Medicine is the paradigm in which we want and we have to found the medicine of the XXI century. It puts persons in the heart of doctor’s work, understood in its unity of body, soul and spirit, which becomes the actor of his health and his present and future life. It becomes crucial to work actively for a real collaboration between doctors, therapists and patients to build a medicine where the centrality of the person, the individual, who has his biography, his living environment, its system of relations, its history clinic, will become the center of therapeutic way. Within the paradigm of person-centered medicine, the concepts of salutogenesis and resilience are central. The disease becomes an opportunity, in the life and history of the individual patient, self-knowledge, growth of awareness of self and others, which can become an instrument of development for the individual and for the people who surround him. The discomfort of the patient that suffers and so needs of help, can be the starting point for building the unity of his being and the possibility of an evolution. The growth of resilience is a possibility, which can achieve a pathological event, even severe. Seeing and living a pathological event not as a misfortune, but as a crucial step and unavoidable in the biography of that human being, leads to a radical transformation of the concept of disease and health.
Taking care of your health, according to the individual healt-genetic principles, not delegating it outright to the doctors and “specialists”, involves a historic transition, of the patient evolving “object” of observation and care of biomedicine, which returns “fixed” as soon as possible to ‘environment from which it comes, a “subject” responsible and active, the protagonist of his healing process. As doctors have a duty to bring out the medicine from a technique that collects data, with its own language for the initiated and with an abstract thought that reduces the human being to a mere object of observation to a lively and dynamic understanding of the human being sick born of the encounter between people, in which the patient is a living being, sentient and one with which you need to start a dialogue and share treatment decisions. The disease becomes a tool that can open a meeting between those seeking help and those who give aid: hence may give rise to a real understanding of the disease process in place and start a process of care and healing. And ‘necessary for your doctor and / or therapist empathy developments, which, even before a “know-how” is “knowing how to be with ..” empathy gives the feel a cognitive value.

Title Report: The Health as a social responsibility in anthroposophic medicine.
Abstract. Each physician practicing anthroposophic medicine has the task to lay the foundations for genuine health care, than to cure the disease. The question “How can I stay healthy?” must be central in the life of every individual and every doctor. In fact, the health is the means by which we can carry out our duties and fulfill our aspirations and goals in life. That’s why it is necessary that we face consciously the rhythms of our lives, paying particular attention to the sleep-wake rhythm, the rhythm of food intake and the unfolding of our physiological functions. Paying attention to the quality of foods assume that, in physical activity that we perform daily, in the kind of relationships and relationships that we develop, in the achievements that we seek, all this one becomes part of our “health program.” The origin of the disease is often sought in a mess of these aspects.
Health care becomes true prevention. We have the duty to take care of our body, our soul and our spirit, each of which requires special care and differentiation. A healthy life, is a life conquered with our act. A sort of primordial wisdom that in the recent past, handed down from generation to generation, outdated. The evolutionary process of humanity has led to the possibility of “free” and individuals choices. The so-called “comfort” of technologically in advanced societies have a price that is often hidden. When we are presented with the final bill are we able to pay for it? Our being has infinite resources before stimulation without limits? The total separation of man from the rhythms and the balance of nature to what extent is it possible? There is a point of no return? Are we aware of the huge responsibility we have towards the kingdoms of nature? And of all human beings? The theme of individual health thus becomes part of overall health.

Report Title: The New Horizons of modern medicine: The Quantum Medicine.
Abstract. It is widely believed that the biological dynamics is entirely dominated by the chemical mechanisms of molecular events that follow one another in an orderly way over time and space. Recognition codes were put in evidence between biomolecules (the first of which was the recognition code between the bases of DNA and amino acids) that show how the molecules in living matter do not interact in the case, but according to well-defined pattern.
One wonders, what could be the physical mechanism long distance between molecules, through which, starting from distances of the order of tens of Angstrom molecules arrive without fail, in the right place at the right time, for the close encounter of chemical type.
In the context of the known concepts of physics, the only candidate for this role appears to be the electromagnetic field, which is capable of both interact with the molecules, and both operate at great distances.
The existence of recognition code between molecules, however, imply the existence of a level of electromagnetic living matter that communicates with the chemical level ensuring that the traffic of molecules is well ordered. The pathology that appears in the first instance as an anomaly of the molecular structure of the body, in the second instance refers to a disturbance in the electromagnetic network traffic control molecular. Therefore, it is possible to take two therapeutic attitudes:
1) To intervene directly on the chemical level of the organism, providing chemicals designed to remove the anomaly manifested in the molecular structure.
Any adjustments to the electromagnetic level removing noise that disrupts the molecular traffic.
This may be the case of quantum medicine. The deepening of these issues of quantum medicine can open vast horizons of life not only to the understanding of chemical bases but also on physical grounds.

Report Title: The Diapason-acupuncture
Abstract. The diapason-acupuncture is a combination of acupuncture with tuning forks that reproduce exactly the vibration and the sound of therapeutic Tibetan bells. We run a classic acupuncture treatment, the result of an analysis of pathophysiological energy of the patient, with integrated diagnostics Western Europe. Two or more channels of acupuncture are chosen and are made to vibrate the corresponding diapason, which are, when the vibration is reduced, but maintaining unaltered the characteristics vibratory, put in contact with the needle which assumes the same vibration of the tuning fork determining the conduction sound in the channels. It also stimulate acupuncture points, directly with the tuning fork.
The correctness of the technique, which keeps unchanged the elastic wave generated by the tuning fork, has been confirmed by the Professor Fabio Uccello, engineer at the University of Pisa, who studies in a scientific way the musicology. The sound and its vibrations are very effective: knowledge derived from systematic processing of emotions, which has, in the course of evolution, both the shape and the nature of the “brain sensors” delegates to receive them. The first “emotions” are of ritmosonic type: the mother’s heartbeat, so we reach the deepest emotional components. The treatment greatly increases the effectiveness of acupuncture, very suitable in psychic forms, such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and various somatic symptoms. We obtained excellent results in fibromyalgia and pain, even without apparent cause, which typically are the most difficult to treat with acupuncture. The significant increase in effectiveness, was confirmed by electroencephalography digital network, in experiments conducted with Nitamo Montecucco, President of the Scientific Committee of the Cultural Creatives. The tuning fork induces release of nitric oxide produced at the level of systems: vascular, nervous, immune, and then rhythmically dismissed as gas in the ECM (extracellular matrix) by affecting the metabolism of the tissues. Nitric oxide, N.O, is a simple molecule, formed by a nitrogen atom and an oxygen atom.

Report Title: Psychotherapy Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine in Oncology.
Abstract. The Psychology oncology is the discipline that deals, in a special way and specifies, wth the vast area of psychological variables related to neoplastic disease in general, and with the psycho-social implications of tumors. The Psycho-oncology, therefore, takes into account everything that comes out from clinical practice, research in clinical oncology and in social psychology as well as from ‘evolution of the various forms of psychotherapy.
The “Method psycho-oncology Simonton” is a psychotherapeutic approach that promotes relaxation, imagery, stress management and communication, managing emotions, the ability to fixate the goals of life. The above method has been developed by Carl Simonton, a physician specializing in radiation therapy, internationally renowned oncologist, considered one of the pioneers of psycho-neuro-immunology.
The intention is to integrate this approach with the practice of acupuncture that is not intended as the only treatment, but essentially as a backup to western therapies.
The activity of acupuncture is not limited to the treatment of pain with reduction of drug therapy but improve the quality of life and psychological relief, as confirmed by numerous studies, but also very useful in anxiety, depression and insomnia in cancer patients. In addition, is also indicated in terms of nutritional support in patients with anorexia and cachexia and improve bowel function, even in patients treated with opioids. The main indication is the treatment of the side effects of chemio and radiation therapy. It also has an immunomodulatory effect and immunostimulant. In the psychotherapeutic process and as a form of integration of the above, blend in clinical hypnosis sessions aimed at the reduction of pain and general relaxation. How we exposed, it is the central point of an observational study in progress, which aims to test the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic support combined with acupuncture, in help of the subject diagnosed with cancer. The intent is a clinical evaluation, pisocodiagnostic and parameters related to blood tests, combining the classic controls the study of chronic inflammation, harbinger of serious diseases. They are screened with tests that check levels of anxiety, changes in mood and quality of life of patients with oncological pathology. It evaluates the effectiveness of nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, insomnia and disorders of the hive in a total perspective that sees the person as a system of mind-body-spirit and the symptom a means to activate a personal and spiritual growth.

Report Title: New Frontiers in neuromusicologia: the brain that creates.
Abstract. Being convinced that the neurons and their electrical activity are the basis of all cognitive processes, this is not enough to understand how all this one produces thought and in particular creative thinking. We have not yet cracked the code of neurons, except in a few simple cases .The great part of neuronal activity of the brain, actually operates in one dimension against the submerged mind, here understood as consciousness. Cognitive neuroscience inform us that the nervous system must be studied at different levels of complexity, some of which is still difficult to penetrate or even imagine.Until recently, neurology could not do much more than locate exactly the point at which there is a brain defect that would accompany a patient for life. It ‘amazing to see how in a few years everything has been revolutionized by the time we started to investigate the brain with transcranial stimulation techniques and “imaging” magnetic eyes of scientists have delivered the finest transformations of the brain “in action”. We know that optimism is a function of the frontal cortex, and prefrontal areas of magnetic stimulation improves mood in cases of depression, whereas stimulation of the auditory cortex is disappearing extremely annoying sounds that occur spontaneously in patients suffering from deafness of ‘inner ear, even hallucinations in schizophrenic patients can be fought with transcranial magnetic stimulation. Many challenges remain, however, between these epistemological and the brain that creates! How does the brain produce something totally new scientific discovery that becomes art or spiritual enlightenment? What is creativity thinking in terms of, how it is produced, how it reachs its way through the maze of myriad neurons synapse neural networks to come to be seen as the “new” that transforms our lives and the world? By studying in detail the frontal cortex it has been seen that there is an underlying mechanism of identification and empathy that may induce, as is done in stages or in large processions, a crowd to act as a “one man” pervaded by a motor input primordial enhanced by the properties of contagion that the emotional state brings. The research is showing that positive emotions, art and spirituality play a key role in strengthening health and resistance to disease, and they are a good protection against depression. So far, most of the researchs on the brain have been focused on the disease and on the deficit of the nervous system, while very little focus has been on the neural mechanisms that affect the prosperity of the human mind. Now more than ever, it is necessary to explore the untapped potential and positive heritage brain, a frontier of research from which to investigate the brain and consciousness with a targeted focus on cognitive activities that serve the full realization of the individual and of its relations at peace with the world around them.

Title Report: Medicine and Complementary Therapies in Oncology: an opportunity for the patient, a resource for the Medical Oncologist.
Abstract. Introduction
Considering the growing demand for complementary therapies by patients with cancer, in 1998 at the Cancer Institute of Milan, by the Scientific Director (Dr. Christmas Cascinelli) the proposal of some doctors to set up a Study Group on Medicine and Complementary Therapies in Oncology: Me.Te.CO was acceptated by the Institute.
The report will focus on the activities undertaken in these 15 years, focusing on the results obtained through the use of electromagnetic fields, Low Dose drug(Homeopathic), Diet and nutritional supplements for medical treatment of iatrogenic lesions by radiotherapy (osteoradionecrosis and acute Radiodermatitis , sub-acute and chronic), for the treatment of lymphangiomas, for the prevention and treatment of peripheral neuritis.
In addition, proposals will be made complementary with therapy, to sustain chemotherapy (CT) and radiotherapy (RT) in the treatment of solid tumors, with the aim of being able to perform the Oncology Therapies respecting the dose and timing of treatment cycles provided by the protocols.
The experience gained in these years suggests that supporting the CT and RT of complementary therapies in particular LOW dose and a proper diet, can reduce the side effects, thus promoting compliance with the dose and timing of treatment cycles, with possible increase the overall efficacy of therapies Oncology.
These possibilities will be further analyzed and investigated by research projects appropriately created.
To consider, though, some objective difficulties: these therapies do not belong to therapeutic modalities subject to reimbursement by the NHS, with the exception of the region of Tuscany. In addition, it will be essential to meet the availability of Scientific and Ethical Committees and the sharing of medical specialists in oncology and radiotherapy.

Report Title: Nutrition in cancer prevention.
Abstract. The development, which has taken place in industrialized countries, the technologies applied in the agri-food, improved conservation techniques, upgrading the transport network, the ability of the media to reach all parts of the planet, gave start up to a global market that has led man to standardize dietary habits, to set aside the traditional products, to produce more refined and processed foods, to lose memory of the seasonal and produce an excessive compared to the needs.
The entry into the market of ready-made foods, snacks, sugary drinks and other processed foods, has led man to get used to eating meals quickly and eat tasty foods without wondering what actually was feeding.
All these changes have produced, among the population, an increase, more and more obvious, of chronic degenerative diseases including cancers.
The feed can influence the onset of tumors through several mechanisms, among which:
- The presence of carcinogens in foods
- The formation of carcinogens in cooking
- Substances pro-oxidants (such as the heme iron of the meat)
- Antioxidants
- Activators of enzymes of phase I and phase II
- Promoter of cell differentiation
- The promoters of intercellular communication
- Promoter of cell proliferation
- Promoting apoptosis
- Precursors of prostaglandins proinflammatory or anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative or inhibitors of COX-2
- Methylating agents
- Substances that are involved in DNA repair
- Modulators of the persistence of HPV infections and Helicobacter pylori and the immune system
- Modulators of cell cycle regulationphytoestrogens
- Modulation of the synthesis of growth factors and inflammatory cytokines
Hormonal modulation of the environment, mediated by the production of insulin
The complex interaction of these mechanisms, combined with the wide variety of food combinations in different populations and different genetic constitution of individuals makes it difficult to recognize the responsibility of a specific etiological factor or style food. The World Cancer Research Fund, analyzing all studies published over the years, oversaw the drafting of recommendations for the population on the prevention of recurrence of the tumor and his recurrence

Report Title: The “Sectio Aurea” in the human face: Growth, Aesthetics and Function. Applications to the holistic Osteopathic Diagnosis, Orthodontic, Aesthetics
Abstract. The Golden Section or Divine Proportion, is a mystery that unites Mathematics, Biology, Science and Nature. The value to which it refers is 0.618 … pure irrational dimensionless number: relationship line between two numbers of a series obtained by creating the next number in the series itself with the sum of the previous two. It has deep implications concerning the tendency of Biological Phenomena syntropic to grow, maintaining the relationship between the parties … or constants of Natural Phenomena Entropic find the less dispersion between opposing forces. While we were trying “Making Diagnosis” in Orthodontics / Osteopathy without having to refer to external rules, we met Golden Section but comparing intrinsic parameters between them. The differences between the skull of a newborn and an Adult will be filled with growth not only “quantitative”, but also “qualitative”. The processes of growth does not involve the bone as a whole but will develop from specific areas in the vicinity of soft tissue structures (muscles, vessels, nerves, mucous membranes, fluids) defined as “places of growth,” which solicited by various functional requirements promote an osteogenic activity. Among these areas, there would be some with growth “autonomous” not bound to the demands of the body, which are called “growth centers”: the synchondrosis of the cranial base, and especially the spheno-occipital synchondrosis, the heart of Respiratory Mechanism Primary studied cranial osteopathy.
As a result, the Human Face (… throughout the body) is full of examples of the Golden Section. The head forms a Golden Rectangle with eyes positioned at the center. The mouth and nose are respectively placed in the position of the Golden Section of the distance between the eyes and the chin. A face-balanced, functional, aesthetic and attractive under full rules described. It was then prepared a base of orthodontic Protocol / Osteopathic defined “CAOS” (Cephalometrics Harmonic Osteopathic Systemic – CROMON srl), which has the purpose of following criteria Functionally Harmonics setting a orthodontic therapy. How to bring the teeth in 1st class all in the same position in “several skulls” with guides prefabricated from an obscure “technical” for Positionatings which are increasingly today, when a face follows other rules and finds its aesthetics necessarily “Symmetric” …?!
The dentist or orthodontist (appropriately “Osteopathed”) may be a reference to treat and correct many bodily ailments: respiratory disorders, tension headache, disorders of Oto-vestibular, occlusal-Postural disorders, sinusitis, allergies, disorders Sleep and others. The proportions of the face are related to sex, age, race, so it is difficult to give credit to values ”so-called standard” such as, those that are used in cephalometric standard values: USUALLY for angles and lengths it is possible to apply to everyone. But New C.A.O.S. considers proportions and values … and these are universally based on growth principles that remain constant (in terms of HARMONY) the relations between the parties. We will not have to say, this value is 12.5 mm + / – 3, but: this X value to that given age, the length corresponds to 0.618 Y individual. Or that value is in the Golden Section of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd level with the height of the face … It is in excess? Failing? Compared to the individual, and not with respect to an imaginary STANDARD or SYMMETRY that does not exist! The DIAGNOSIS becomes Separate, Dimensionless, Functional, Adaptive … The simple analysis of the Face GOLDEN, regardless of the aesthetic criteria that are still important application in Cosmetic Surgery, Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Orthodontics, can give information on the state of health of sight, respiration, phonation …
Using the diagnostic schemes of “CHAOS”, it becomes possible to evaluate the best plan treatment suitable for the subject in the studio, allowing the patient not only to have straight teeth, but to breathe better, correct his allergies and defects of view and quant ‘else!

Title Report: Why training in Non-Conventional Medicine
Abstract. The question of the scientific nature of MNC in Italy the attention of policy makers, in particular associations of individual medicines, at least those legitimated by the Federation of Medical Associations, as well as the locations institutionally responsible to equip those who exercise, that is to say the University.
The regions in their slow and long process of legitimation within the health care systems of MNCs are particularly attentive to their scientific recognition. Some oscillate between an obstinate clinical validation, and the others to the recognition of the question posed by citizens regarding such practices nursing (Tognetti Bordogna 20 ..).
At the same time other regions and autonomous provinces are focused on a recognition that steps primarily on training of individual professionals.
The Italian situation from this point of view is still not homogeneous geographically, although not counting a few cases of courses in excellence (Tognetti Bordogna, Gentleman, Roberti Of Sarsina 2013).
Starting from these examples that our contribution will seek to highlight and discuss the urgent need to define a clear path to basic training and continuing education for all professionals from MNC who has a degree in medicine, veterinary medicine and pharmacy, without neglecting the role of other professionals who practice MNC considered minors (those involving the manipulation of the body).
This discussion is based on research data collected in the framework of the Master Health Systems, Traditional medicines, Non Conventional Medicine, University of Milan-Bicocca.

Report Title: The Complexity between Dental Medicine, Holism and Entanglement: the Oral Cavity System Unique – Body – Environment. Therapeutic Methods and Clinical Cases.
Abstract. The model-derived Cartesian fragmented Man, Universe and fragmented, is one that still dominates in academic medicine, hospital, common practice.
It is completely detached from the unitary conception of the human being in its extensions: physical, mental, emotional, biochemical, environmental, etc.. And even more from the unitary conception of the universe, from Micro to Macro Cosmos. Therefore, the temptation of the medicine to bring each event to a single explanation to be sufficient and complete is very strong, limited to one main cause besides tending to be limited to origin and manifestation, to the region of its manifestation. This is certainly one of the fundamental reasons for that, as regards the oro-dental diseases, they have always sought a diagnostic and therapeutic approach based on the infectious theories purely centered on the activity of micro-organisms, and those of localist conception according to which the site of the event coincides with its pathological origin.
There are “Complicated Systems”, or “Cum-Plicatus”, folded together like origami that can be explined by classical science, broken down into subparts, including analyzing each of these, then blended together. Then there are “Complex Systems”, or “Cum-Plexus,” woven together, that CAN NOT be explained by classical science, but including only considering them as a whole and observing the interactions between its subsystems and with the context in which oversystems develops its dynamics. The Complex Systems, which also belong to living organisms, then, manifest the characteristics (Autopoiesis, Emerging Properties, Auto, etc..) That, from an epistemological point of view, lead to the global holistic vision in sharp contrast with the classical reductionist and mechanistic understanding of which, at the same time, constitute the decisive pass.
It is in this context that we must assess the dental diseases that must be defined in this way only for the forum in which are manifested, but in reality can be approached only validly referring them back to the systemic medicine. For example, examining the most common and well-known dental problems such as periodontitis and caries pathology, it should be noted that today, the therapeutic approach is based solely on the action effects in restorative / reconstructive being basically non-existent care. The preventive action, in its various degrees, is based only on the prevention and removal of bacterial plaque on repairing the damage caused by this, absolutely not considering so many other fundamental factors underlying the problem, or at least giving them a role in marginal elements with descriptive sense in which in reality does not exercise any effective therapy. With all the weapons that contrast plaque today (tools, awareness, hygiene, regular, etc.) we should have already eradicated these diseases, while we are seeing certainly NOT to a decrease in their incidence and spread. Chronic stress, metabolic syndrome, inadequate immune response, altered neuroendocrine axes, environmental epigenetic factors, etc.. are crucial in the onset and development of these diseases. In this paper we will see how this happens and how can we groped a preventive and therapeutic effective by acting on those sides of the complex etiopathogenesis also using the tools and methods of Non Conventional Medicines besides, above all, the basic concepts of their Corpus Theoretical, as all this is perfectly in harmony with those who are the fundamental mechanisms regulating the body

Report Title: The Semiotic Cornerstone of Holistic Medicine.
Abstract. We often use the term holistic medicine without considering the important dichotomous value of which is a pioneer. Our patients are using it as a synonym for alternative medicine, complementary medicine, unconventional medicine and with this, most of them expect a homeopathic clinical intervention, some homotoxicological, others mtc, or Ayur Vedic doctrines mainly aimed at knowing how all person and not the symptom.
In other words, we believe that the adjective holistic could be exhausted in reference to its complexity, in reality this corresponds only partially to the truth: the term holistic medicine must surely understood as referring to the holism of the patient, the complexity of its being actually made up of body, intelligence and spirit, but also refers to a multidoctrine choral and synergistic essential, for a broader investigative action and interpretation of the requests submitted by the person in question. If you were to analyze a patient only through a purely homeopathic approach, we could not have the doctrinal presuppositions of Chinese energy and even the vast amounts of data that would be accessible to a pulse analysis according to the criteria of Ayurvedic medicine. On the other hand interpreting the clinical history of a subject only in the light of mtc, while gratified by its end semiotics, we will lose the benefits of a homeopathic repertorisation and l Hahemanniana way.
In other words, being attentive to the person and not the symptom such as the ethics of medicine unconventional forces, we would end up only partially moral fulfill commitment that we have undertaken not with the benefit of additional viewing angles to decrypt the complexities of the man who asked for help.

Abstract. The spine can be read and interpreted by analyzing the iris, especially inner pupillary edge (OPI) and, according to the latest research, including the Limbus. We have the first cervical vertebra that it reaches up to the right and to the left of zero degrees and then the spine is unrolled along the nasal or temporal half-circle until you get to the coccyx, that you have the right and left of the 180 degrees. In fact we have two semicircles mirror with 26 spaces that correspond to the vertebrae and the representation of the organs level, both of the physical body of the emotional.
The iris helps us to say what are the areas at risk, what are the affected vertebrae and possibly draw up a program of chiropractic and osteopathic therapy. By suggesting to connect the vertebrae most at risk and that advance should be treated, even if we do not observe any significant variation shown by CT or MRI. From our experience we often see the paravertebral muscles contracts and tender at the level of the vertebra detected altered iridology analysis, in this case, the therapist must dissolve the contraction of the muscle tension, this action will have a positive impact at the level of physical and emotional state of the patient .
In this paper we present: interpretive schemes iridology, the connections with the vertebrae and vertebral spaces at risk with the relevant medical records.

Report Title: Environmental Medicine Clinic: a link between the University and Methods Non Conventional Medicine
Abstract. The term of Environmental Medicine refers to the branch of medicine that deals with prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that can be correlated with “environmental factors”.
Living organisms are open systems in constant contact with the environment in which they live, and for this reason it is not possible to envisage a concept of health if not in the context of an environment that is itself healthy.
There are two elements that in my opinion have characterized the history of medicine in the last 30-40 years.
The first is certainly the discovery of certain drugs and the advent of new technologies, and the second is related to modifications in the environment, which took place in this period of time in a manner shocking to say the least.
Physician’s task is to arrive at a diagnosis. The problem is that more often we are content with a diagnosis of symptomatic, or who fails to shed light on all the different causes that determine the onset of various diseases. I am referring to “environmental overload” we suffer every day and almost continuously, such as those caused by insecticides, pesticides, solvents, formaldehyde, dyes, heavy metals, phthalates, bisphenol, materials used in dentistry, nanoparticles, electro and more . The most accredited scientific journals internationally are now full of articles and scientific studies that show how these agents (alone or in synergy with each other) can cause allergies, respiratory diseases, asthma, tumors, degenerative neurological diseases, functional disorders such as headache, menstrual dysfunction, irritable bowel syndrome, and much more. On tap of the medical laboratory, today, there are tests able to make clear in this respect, and help your doctor to finally make a real etiological diagnosis.
The main purpose of ASSIMAS (Italian Association of Medical Health and the Environment) (www.assimas.it) is to bring into everyday practice of the doctor (he is doctor, hospital, university or professional) the huge amount of scientific data. There is a growing evidence showing how many diseases (especially chronic diseases) are closely related to “loads” of environmental (pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, heavy metals, plastics, phthalates, electro-smog, mold, OGM, nanoparticles …. …..).
The Environmental Medicine Clinic is an ideal link between Official Medicine and Medicine Unconventional, using new scientific discoveries and technologies, focusing on the formulation of a multi-etiological diagnosis and allowing the implementation of a real causal therapy, also based on defense capabilities and self-regulation of the patient.

Report Title: Biophotonics Adjustment: diagnosis and treatment
Abstract. The Academic Medicine considers the state of health as biochemical balance. The Complementary Medicine (supported by modern Biophysics) considers that state as energetic .Since the two balances express the same reality, they influence each other. Therefore it is possible to obtain important biological effects using the energy (Biophotonics) both in diagnostics and in therapy. The most innovative practical applications (functional diagnostics, instrumental and injection mesotherapy biophotonics, patches, etc) will be exposed.

Report Title: The Italian National Health Service and the opportunities of non-conventional medicine
Abstract. The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) classifies the so-called non-conventional medicine into five major groups: structured medical systems, biological therapy, gymnastics and physical manipulation, energy medicine, work on the mind-body connection. In some guidelines for Traditional Medicine / Complementary and Alternative Medicine, the World Health Organization hopes that individual governments are committed to the integration with conventional medicine ensuring quality, safety and efficacy of various treatments. One of the arguments that has been much debate in recent times is that of chronic stress and psychosocial issues as the cause of diseases. It speaks well of psychosomatic illnesses, diseases or dysfunctional, as would a homeopath or Chinese, loss of balance, harmony.
Examples of diseases influenced by stress are the lumbo-sciatica, tension headaches, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, etc.. In many instances, as a preventive level as well as in the subsequent course of an acute episode, some unconventional approaches may help: there are the WHO guidelines on the use of acupuncture in many diseases, and the same American Heart Association recently confirmed that meditation is useful in hypertension.
Some “traditional” knowledge should be used by the therapist to trace the real cause of the imbalance of the patient. There is a thin single thread that unites all unconventional approaches: the search for self-determination, to restore a balance.
So an osteopath might observe a certain muscle tension, a chiropractor, a tendency to spinal dislocation, an acupuncturist makes a diagnosis of stasis chi / qi (vital energy) in the liver, a shiatsu therapist observes that emotion blocks the left shoulder, then each one be able to work on the symptom, but the real therapist will be the one helping the patient to find the root cause of the symptom. The patient will “see” finally his marriage crisis or repressed anger against the boss and then the therapist will be a reflection of the patient who will have the opportunity to transform its passive state (patient comes from the Latin patior, which undergoes) starting a healing journey through a volitional act. In general it would be desirable to have a unique medicine, made of pharmacology, phytotherapy, homeopathy etc.., But also of good advices.
There needs to be greater awareness of the opportunities that the various non-conventional medicine offer in terms of preventive medicine, integrated medicine, with a view to a better quality of life and as a potential cost savings in health expenditure in the spending review. It would be for our NHS establish communication campaigns for physicians, health professionals, patients should be better informed about, for example, the desire to heal, to take up the reins of their own health, physical well-being, mental and social. So in addition to the healthy lifestyles you should follow the “right to life approaches” to counter the psychosocial stress. And then from the ancient traditions receive useful tips such as those that the proper detachment (impermanence) by stressful events, a sound morality, positive thoughts, forgiveness creates emotional health because they dissolve those nodes that life inevitably there sews him.
